Young actor Teja Sajja achieved massive success with the superhero film Hanu-Man, which elevated his career to new heights. He is currently working on the high-budget fantasy action-adventure film Mirai. A large portion of the movie has been filmed in Nepal and Hyderabad, and it is being directed by cinematographer-turned-director Karthik Gattamaneni.

Initially slated for release on April 18, 2025, Mirai has now been postponed, and the new release date is set for August 1, 2025. The reason behind the delay has not been officially disclosed, but sources suggest it is due to delays in production. To announce the updated release date, a fresh poster featuring the lead actor was unveiled. Like Hanu-Man, Mirai will also have a multi-lingual release.

Mirai is particularly noteworthy as it features Manchu Manoj in a negative role, while young actress Ritika Nayak plays the female lead. The film is being produced by the well-known Tollywood producer TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner. Music for the film is composed by Gowra Hari, who gained recognition for his work in Hanu-Man.
