Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming release, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, is all set for its debut, with the team regularly confirming the release date. Just yesterday, the film’s publicist officially announced that it will hit the screens on March 28th. However, there’s some competition, as Pawan’s devoted fan, Nithiin, is also gearing up to release his film Robinhood on the same date.
Robinhood, which was originally scheduled for a December release last year, was postponed for various reasons. Now, the team has confirmed the new release date for March 28th and even unveiled the look of actor Devdatta Nage, who plays the menacing character of Saamy. His intense portrayal is expected to make a strong impact.
Nithiin, who has often declared himself a huge fan of Pawan Kalyan, has publicly acknowledged this multiple times, and Pawan has also responded in kind. Usually, if a clash happens, Nithiin would prioritize watching Pawan’s film, but this time he finds himself in a position where his own film competes against Hari Hara Veera Mallu. It will be interesting to see how he handles this situation.
Many of Pawan’s fans are also keen to support Nithiin’s films on their release day, which could lead to a significant impact on the success of Robinhood. However, there’s always the possibility of last-minute changes in release plans.
Robinhood, directed by Venky Kudumula, marks the second collaboration between Nithiin and the director after Bheeshma. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
On the other hand, Hari Hara Veera Mallu is directed by AM Jyothi Krishna and produced by AM Rathnam.
