Ajith Kumar, the Kollywood superstar known for his love of motorsports, is currently in Dubai for the prestigious Michelin 20th 24H Dubai championship. Recently, a video of Ajith’s car crashing during a practice session made headlines, but fortunately, the actor emerged unharmed from what could have been a serious accident.
In an exciting update for his fans, Ajith revealed that he won’t be signing any new film projects until the racing season concludes. He also shared his intention to take his passion for motorsports further by not just competing as a driver, but also aiming to become a team owner. “I won’t be signing any films while the racing season is ongoing. I plan to act in films only between October and March, before the racing season kicks off. This way, I can focus entirely on racing without causing any concern,” said the actor, known for his role in Vidaamuyarchi.
The 24H Dubai championship is set for January 11 and 12, and Ajith is racing alongside well-known drivers like Mathieu Detry, Fabian Duffieux, and Cameron McLeod. On the cinematic front, Ajith has two highly anticipated films scheduled for release in 2025: Vidaamuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly. Fans are eagerly awaiting both his performances on the big screen and his racing feats this year.
